Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy

We recognize that travel involves careful planning, and sometimes unexpected changes are unavoidable.

While we remain committed to supporting our guests with flexibility, we must also uphold our obligations to service providers who depend on timely arrangements.

For this reason, all cancellation requests are required in writing via email, ensuring clarity and proper documentation.

Applicable cancellation charges are as follows: More than 90 days before departure:
10% of the total package price will be retained as an administrative fee. 60–89 days before departure: 25% of the total package price.

30–59 days before departure: 50% of the total package price.

15–29 days before departure: 75% of the total package price. Less than 15 days prior to departure or failure to show up: 100% of the total package price.

Please note: Certain services, including but not limited to international or domestic airline tickets, hotel reservations, cruises, or other third-party arrangements, may be subject to stricter cancellation terms.

In many cases, these services are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.

2. Accommodation

• All package prices are calculated on the basis of double occupancy, unless otherwise specified.
• Single occupancy can be arranged upon request and will incur an additional supplement fee.
• Hotel names mentioned in the itinerary are provided for reference purposes only. In the event of limited availability, accommodations of an equivalent category and standard will be arranged.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice, due to factors beyond our control such as currency fluctuations, supplier adjustments, or government regulations.

3. Domestic Flights

• Quoted fares are based on economy class tickets and standard flight schedules provided by domestic airlines.

• Requests for schedule changes, upgrades, or special seating preferences may result in additional costs.

• All flights are subject to the terms, conditions, and baggage regulations of the operating airline.

• Any amendments or cancellations to flight bookings will follow the airline’s official policies, which may differ from Temple Path Tours’ own cancellation terms.

4. Responsibilities and Liabilities

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all required travel documents (including valid passports, visas, health certificates, and entry permits) are obtained prior to departure.
TBT Temple Path Tours shall not be held accountable for any delays, denied entry, or additional expenses resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.
We strongly recommend that all guests obtain a comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to their journey. Such coverage should protect against unexpected events, including but not limited to: medical emergencies, trip cancellations, loss or damage of personal belongings, and travel delays.
Any costs or losses incurred due to the absence of appropriate travel insurance will remain the full responsibility of the traveler
