Refund Policy
All approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 working days from the date of receiving the official cancellation request.
Refunds cannot be granted in cases of: Failure to appear for the scheduled trip (no-show).
Failure to provide the required travel documentation (such as valid passport, visa, or entry permits).
Please note that certain third-party services (airline tickets, hotels, cruises, etc.) may have non-refundable conditions, which will apply in addition to the above.
